WERE YOUR CHILDREN IN HARMS WAY???

The following is an excerpt taken directly from an Arizona Court of Appeals decision whereby Kimberly Lewis was found to have intentionally violated a court order.  Unfortunately and likely unaware to many parents who had enrolled their most valued asset (their children) into the LEWIS SCHOOL OF DANCE - now Dance Studio 111 is that owner - operator Kimberly Lewis never  REVEALED TO PARENTS THAT LEWIS'S ESTRANGED EX HUSBAND (WILLIAM REHKOW) HAD BEEN IDENTIFIED BY A MEDICAL DOCTOR BY WAY OF A "TARASOFF WARNING".

Allegedly Dr. Sandra Gray told Kimberly Lewis that Rehkow was   "Psychotic, Delusional, on the edge and likely to kill Lewis"

This statement was documented by Phoenix Police Detective Mary Freund in several police reports which was the catalyst for Search Warrants as well as FELONY STALKING AND HARASSMENT CHARGES!  FREUND who had become very close friends with Kimberly Lewis was assigned as the lead detective in Lewis's prolonged and highly conflicted custody and visitation battle with William Rehkow.

Freund was extremely comfortable assisting Lewis with her family law issues and not only testified as a an EXPERT WITNESS on behalf of Lewis but also enrolled her granddaughter into the Lewis School of Dance which was likely an absolute violation of the Phoenix Police Dept's policies and Procedures.  While Freund was receiving potentially FREE SERVICES  (no receipts have ever been identified or turned over) the majority of parents paid exorbitant fees for instruction likely based on future promises of working in the entertainment field.

Therefore, If you were a parent with a child receiving dance instruction or any other training at the Kimberly Lewis School of Dance-Dance Studio 111 your child was potentially placed into an extremely dangerous and or deadly environment!! It is the legal and ethical obligation and sole responsibility of the owner of the school  to immediately and most assuredly WARN PARENTS that someone either William Rehkow or someone Rehkow knew was suspected of walking into the school and creating a dangerous environment.

 This is extremely important because either Lewis intentionally lied and perjured herself to a police detective who purposely and negligently failed to verify facts emanating from Lewis and her attorney Terrie Rendler or perhaps Kimberly Lewis definitively knew that by warning parents she could lose a large portion of her student population.  One could assume that Kimberly Lewis utilized what was identified as a "Tarasoff Warning" to gain the upper hand against William Rehkow however,  in doing so may have potentially destroyed her credibility with hard working and loving parents who were undermined and patronized as a direct result of Lewis's failure to Warn!

 For the sake of argument WERE YOUR CHILDREN PLACED INTO HARMS WAY WITHOUT ANY ONE'S KNOWLEDGE THEREBY PREVENTING LEWIS FROM LOSING MONETARY GAIN.

 DID LEWIS EVER PROVIDE SECURITY AT HER DANCE SCHOOL OR AT YEARLY CHRISTMAS PRESENTATION OF THE NUTCRACKER?

 Either way, Lewis, her attorney Terrie Rendler (Ryan, Rapp and Underwood) and former detective Mary Freund planned, conspired and carried out a scenario that was inherently false and manufactured in order for Lewis to gain an advantage in her Custody dispute!

 The RESULT AND CONSEQUENCE is that this CONCERTED collusion was perpetrated WHILE CHILDREN WERE ACTIVELY AND INTENTIONALLY PLACED INTO HARMS WAY and few if any parents were ever told of the severity of Lewis's procured allegation.

 All parent's should have the right to make a viable informed decision based on the material facts and in retrospect Lewis should not be afforded the right to claim and allege that her life and the life of children were in danger when they were not.  When repeatedly crying wolf there had better be a wolf!
