In 2007 I created a website with the title of BlackRobeAZ in order to provide a forum for parents who were litigating their family law cases in the Maricopa County family Courts.  As a reward for uncovering the truth, deficiencies, bias, and blowing the whistle on Rogue Police Officers from the Phoenix Police Department (MARY FREUND), Christine Gonzalez, David Sampson, Sandra Renteria in addition to family law attorney Terrie Rendler, my home along with my better half and a 5 year old child was breached by 2 Units of SWAT.  Their goal, either kill me and the website go away and or seize every piece of computer or camera equipment in the residence.  Freund submitted false information to magistrate for a search warrant and then used the same information seeking an indictment for Felony Stalking.  Thus if you are under the impression that police departments don't seek out and retaliate against citizens you are unfortunately misinformed.

Mary Freund elected herself to be judge and jury and EXECUTIONER.  It was Freund who contacted GoDaddy to have the website removed which they did without my permission. Thus, because I firmly believed in the First Amendment and personal principles I rebuilt the website under the name BlackRobeArizona.  This did not sit well with Mary Freund who had a severe sanction and retaliatory motive on her ill willed motive to rid the site and the originator.  Freund was caught red handed violating the policies and procedures of the PPD and her Chief Jack Harris was contacted to ascertain if she had received permission to provide police services in a family law civil case.  Jack Harris refused to return my calls or emails and fortunately for City of Phoenix residents his ASS was canned!

Bottom line if a citizen uncovers and reports police misconduct be prepared for a counter attack!  The majority of police officers are empathetic to the needs of the public in terms of providing services and safety, however there are those who do not deserve to wear the badge, are dishonorable and incompetent!

Phoenix Police Officers Terminated

Terminations These are a few of the terminations from the Phoenix Police Department as the Chief of Police Williams handed out pink slips.  Williams received a correspondence from this blogger regarding egregious violations by one of her Commanders (Sandra Renteria) & a Lieutenant (Christine Gonzalez) and was ignored.  These two officers assisted & intentionally falsified a search warrant affidavit in order to gain entrance into a North Scottsdale residence in order to seize equipment and suspend a website focused on the corruption within the Maricopa County Family Courts. Let us not ever forget this egregious over zealous police action against a homeowner who was shot multiple times in his home and then dragged onton the sidewalk by police on a scalding hot day in Central Phoenix.  The officer who seriously injured the homeowner Anthony Arambula was told by his Sergeant not to worry about the error because he had his back.
