This is exactly why certain female police officers get reassigned to the Family Investigative Bureau to commit perjury, misconduct and ultimately free dance lessons at the local dance establishment. Phoenix PD needs to perform a full investigation into which officers are receiving free or reduced price instruction. So many great police officers labeled & plagued by corrupt angry unprofessional one's! Thank god, these officers (hopefully not injured) didn't use their weapons on this knucklehead.

Until such time as the Court's can become somewhat uniform in their decision making there will be ABSOLUTELY - NO JUSTICE in these UNITED STATES. We have seen and the Court's have repeatedly demonstrated their proactive BIAS & prejudice againt plaintiff's to summarily protect POLICE DEPARTMENT'S FROM ACCOUNTABILITY even when OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE EXISTS that CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS WERE PRESENT DIRECTLY FROM VIDEO TAKEN FROM POLICE AND WITNESSES.
