You can't defend what is indefensible. When your officers and Detectives intentionally lie and perjure themselves to Magistrates and Judges there must be accountability through immediate and punitive sanctions.  The Brady list should absorb the names of Commander Sandra Renteria, Lieutenant Christine Gonzalez and retired officer Mary Freund for the perjury they were directly responsible for as lead detective and as the front line supervisors.  When officer's perjure themselves it is nothing less than planting evidence, typically when you don't have evidence of a crime.  Why hasn't the professional standards bureau looked into Mary Freund's caseload to ascertain what police duties she was actually performing and getting a salary and compensation. This is the Elite "Red Squad" of the Phoenix P.D. What's interesting and unfortunate to the credibility of the Phoenix Police Department  is that the Detective second from the right on the bottom row is Christopher J. Wilson who admitted to sexual conduct with two teenage boys.  Wilson was arrested by Phoenix P.D. and thus the question becomes who vetted this officer and how did he pass the departments polygraph?

It's a beautiful thing to be a hard working and dedicated Phoenix Crime fighter on the roof of the parking garage across from the ball park, while other dedicated Phoenix police officers are getting into gun battles with dangerous felons these two have other ideas. The following video relates to the Brady List for police officers who have been labeled as less than truthful or have committed a violation of policy as it relates to violating a citizens rights. As you can observe Officer Chrisman is on this list however, there are many other officers who have yet to be unidentified in their employ associated with ethical violations.

This is an archived video that identifies the police officer who in effect assassinated a young man who was in his mothers residence.  Although he was acting strangely did he deserve to be shot and killed.  You decide.  Again this was the Chief Jack Harris regime and you wonder why he is no longer the Chief of Police of the Phoenix Police Department.  This is but one of a host of outrageous misconduct by this police department and it is inconclusive as to how the internal affairs or PSB handled the situation.  It is known however that the officer was terminated from his responsibilities as a police officer and charged with felony manslaughter.  As a dog lover and enthusiast we were absolutely disgusted that not only did the officer shoot and kill the victim but he shot and killed the victim's dog. As you can clearly see there is a pettern developing when all of these incidents are incorporated and enjoined to one another.
