'Unconstitutional on its face'

Steve Serbalik, Hernandez's lawyer, filed the lawsuit on Thursday in U.S. District Court in Phoenix. He argues the Police Department is trying to discipline the sergeant only because of the "impact" of the Plain View Project database. 
Let's see what the 9th Circuit does with this FIASCO?

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

Here we go again with the lunacy of the Phoenix Police Department and how they administer their case management system.   Is it any wonder why this department can't close cases or find murderers, seriously a detective who's on the force for twenty five years can obtain a search warrant from a magistrate claiming that their is a "Tarasoff Warning" without having to provide proof from the alleged doctor.  Apparently the judge sits there and says OK I'll take "your word for it" without ever asking for verification.  So when this Detective is asked for her notes and case files regarding the alleged WARNING which should have been immediately incorporated into her computer files there is nothing there, no notes, no verification, no supervisory comments and you wonder whats wrong with Policing in America - It's Rogue cops with an Agenda.  whether it's shooting and killing unarmed African Americans or having perjured search warrants issued so they can re...
